How to use olive oil ?
Apply the oil on dry areas of hair or scalp, which will vary from person to person. Cover the hair with a shower cap and let the oil sit on the hair for about 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse the oil out of the hair with warm water. Shampoo the hair, repeating this if the oil leave the hair greasy.
Amla Oil
Amla Oil also called the Indian gooseberry, comes from the amalaki tree native to India. You can find amla in tha form of an oil or as the main ingredient in hair products at health food and beauty stores. Amala fruit contains a lot of vitamin C minerals and antioxidants. Many hair specialists says that the fruit is excellent for boosting hair health and increasing hair growth.
