Coriander Chutney





Coriander  Chutney, usually known as hari chutney, is a versatile Pakistani condiment that can be used in many different ways. It is used as condiment with grilled or fried food, but may be used as a spread or dip sauce.

Ingredients:

1: coriander leaves 1 cup
2: tomatoes 2 medium size
3: green chilies 3 to 
4: garlic cloves 2 to 3
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: cumin seeds 1 tsp
7: red chili flakes 1 tsp

                           Method :

  •  Put all the ingredients in the mixer 
  • Grind them together for one minute
  • Green Chutney is ready.
  • Serve it with any dish as a condiment or a dip sauce.
  • Enjoy!
