   Ingredients

       For the chicken 

  • 1kg Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger and garlic paste

       For chicken Marination 

  • Cumin Seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper  2 tsp
  • Green Chilies 12 - 15
   For the Cooking Curry 

  • Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 Medium Size Onions
  • Marinated Chicken 
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

METHOD :

  1. Add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and black pepper to the blender's jar. To create a fine curry powder, dry grind.
  2. Now take the spices powder , add them in chicken pieces ,add the ginger and garlic paste and also add in the yogurt.
  3. Mix them well and marinate it for about 1 hour .
  4. Add the oil to a hot pot and add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté it for 1 minute ,now add the onions; cook until the onions are transparent.
  5. Now it's time to add the marinated chicken pieces one by one into pot ,
    then mix it to evenly distribute the onions, and chicken. Cook the chicken in the pan for a few minutes.
  6. After few minutes , add the remaining marination into the pot and stir it well and and half cup of water. 
  7. Cover it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame. 
  8. Green Chicken Curry is cooked.
  9. Serve it . 
  10. Enjoy it with roti or naan .
